Galdino knows his stuff, so he makes full use of his ability, honestly he pulled out stuff because he knew how to do it, he's one of the FEW OP character with Joseph Joestar's IQ with an ability that should suck by the common eye but it can be pretty broken once he manages to use it, instead of abilities that seem OP but have very obvious weaknesses once you look at them, i was thinking how to counter Van Augur's teleport and the answer was simple, camouflage, the guy can teleport but in the time he does so depending on the distance, if you manage to move out of his line of sight, you can literally outgambit him.
