I would remove any of the metaphors and make it clear Chara talks to Frisk at the end, and that in True Pacifist Flowey is talking to Chara. Most of the problems ITT are autists overthinking stuff and adding a bunch of shit that isn't in the game and then complaining it doesn't make sense. Making it be like Yellow where genocide is "good" would ruin the game, and so would be removing the vagueness that allows for infinite fan works.
