Not them; I get what you're saying when it's a game like EverQuest or even vanilla WoW where grouping is encouraged (or almost mandatory) and people view the challenges in the game as the enemies/competition, not the players.

But in this game other players means: all the enemies are dead by the time you enter a dungeon or camp (you still get to loot them and the chests, but you don't get to experience whatever meager combat was meant to happen), someone else has already claimed the most optimal real estate in terms of proximity to resources relevant for that zone / area / step on the Journey and (in rare instances) may have even created an obnoxious wall meant to impede your mining Buggy.
The only interaction you're going to have is people racing past you, maybe shooting/stabbing at you (incorrectly thinking you're an enemy), or maybe trying to mess with you.
If you're a streamer they might say something on local voice chat to you, otherwise it's going to be total silence.

Again, I 100% get what you're wanting, and there are games that naturally make players want to band together, but Dune Awakening isn't one of them
