more time in the language anon-chama. at some point you'll stop auto-translating but it'll be a while especially if your pre-immersion. just make sure you read it as いぬ and not dog, even if your brain goes いぬ＞dog dont skip いぬ. also with simple words/phrases it wont ever really go away. not in that you "need" to translate it but rather that the translation just pops in your head. it does for me sometimes.

u rly fucked up by not immersion. its prob why your anki takes so long. how many words do you learn per day? 20? 10? id prob half it, or remove new words entirely for now, continuing reps and replacing said time with actual reading.

ya dat's kinda what immersion is anon-chama. its doing anything in the target language so you learn via contextualization rather than strictly rout memorization.
