Is it possible to be too low IQ to be able to enjoy literature?

>21 year old chud
>entering senior year of college
>was a loser in high school
>in STEM so the only attractive girls I see are outside of my classes
>I don't have a pretense to talk to them
>sophomore year there was this really pretty European exchange student I saw at the library and dining hall, thought about talking to her but never did
>waiting for marriage, only want to date virgins (not religious, just a hopeless romantic)
>feel like I missed out on my youth
>worried if I'm still alone after this year it'll be OVER
Do you guys think I'm attractive enough to cold approach? Would changing my /fa/shion make a difference? Right now I just wear jeans and T-shirts.
