Im about to be unemployed.
How many chin ups and pullups a day does a guy need to do to start making progress? I stuck to it for 6 months before. I also needed the cheapest possible way to get 180g protein into my body each day. My current testosterone level is 560 and I have massive erectile dysfunction.
