Sure there's a big audience for it. It's what gets people started and keeps them interested.

But that alone can't keep people around. Games can't survive on porn alone. If it could you'd see a lot of coverage for nutaku games and the likes of Last Origin instead of them being obscure games. The biggest top grossing titles in the genre offer very minimum fanservice, if any at all.
