What type of meals should I eat for high satiety and meeting macros whilst on a really big calorie deficit? Trying to join the military and other factions of defense and this means no longer being a fatass; I'm trying to lose 11kg/25lbs from a current weight of 83kg/185lbs in 2 months and I want to be able to beat the cravings and hunger pains. What activities do you guys do to avoid overeating?
