I like the concept but only if that's a single room and I have the entire floor or the entire building.
I wonder if the tiny apartments trend of Japan is really due to overcrowding and truly lacking the necessary space or simply due to their own real estate asset price bubble making larger apartments, stacked higher on more floors, unaffordable. Whereas they would have been affordable decades ago, when the bubble was less inflated.
