I've been reading a manga recently called Bugle Call that reminds me a lot of Dominions, since it deals with the very specific subject matter of "Wizards interfering with Medieval warfare"
Both sides basically have an immobile pretender as their god, can only use their abilities within their god's domain
The antagonist has that remote gifts from heaven type of spell, stellar strike. There are other equivalents to Dominions spells in it too, but yeah it feels so closely Dominions I felt like I should rec it, though I'm only on chapter 12 myself
