It's not even up to speculation. It's Russ. Speculation is pointless.
They bring back the big 4 for each side. The Big 4 of Chaos are Death Guard, World Eaters, Emperor's Children and Thousand Sons (all have returned already). Big 4 of Space Marines are Ultramarines (back), Dark Angels (Back), Blood Angels and Space Wolves.
They won't bring back Sanguinius, so who knows what they do about them, but Russ is already set to return.
