There is no content changes from the PSX release, but if you buy the deluxe edition ($10 extra), you get:

The last two are cosmetic skins that change Ramza's color palette. The 4th item will cut the class grind by a significant amount of time, which seems pointless since they confirmed there is no bonus content or War of the Lions content, but only the original PSX release.

I'm sorry to say, anon, but they confirmed that the Tactics remake is the worst version to come out. With zero changes and all of previously added content cut, you can play literally any edition of it and have a superior experience.
