What's the point of these remasters when the only thing they improve is the UI? The art assets always look out of place, either with oversized or smudged pixels. Nobody goes through the trouble of bringing the entire game to something that looks good on modern hardware.

This just does not look good at all. The weird smoothing effect on the textures and sprites makes it look AI-generated. All the units look copy-pasted onto the background. The whole scene is completely dead. And Zirekile Falls is one of the coolest maps in the game. Really disappointing.

No, because as iconic as it is, the original is a garbled mess at times, which would have required rewrites of specific scenes at a bare minimum, as well as typo fixes throughout (Faith for Face, Breath for Bracelet, etc.).
