well, here's the current structure for comparison
>1st Panzer Division
with 1 tank battalion away with the Netherlands, it's probably meant to generate a mechanised brigade at high readiness comprising:
1 tank battalion
1 recon battalion
2 armoured infantry battalions
1 mechanised ("jaeger") infantry battalion
plus engineering, supply, signals, and an artillery battalion (a mix of Pzh2000s and M270s)
>10th Panzer
is the main punch clearly, able to quickly deploy:
1 tank battalion
1 recon battalion
2 armoured infantry battalions
1 "jaeger" battalion (from the Franco-German Brigade)
with full artillery, engineering, signals, and supply support, and enough bits and pieces left over to follow up with a second similar brigade, though it would probably take a little time to assemble, and borrow units from 1st Panzer (perhaps including the Dutch tanks)
>Rapid Reaction
is not really a true division, but mainly a container for SF, an air assault battalion, a mountaineer battalion, and the helicopters to support them
in reality I doubt the mountaineers would deploy far from Germany, but I suppose they could provide support in some high north region
it could probably generate follow-up battalions very quickly
