It wasn't really a matter of taking, Jinhsi is just making due with supports until her BiS comes out. Jinhsi needs coordinated attacks, or someone who can attack a lot, like Brant or Changli. Since she came out she has been making due with whoever hence why she people were using Yuanwu as cope when Yinlin was her BiS or now how Changli has turned out to be a good teammate for her. Aside from Electro characters Kuro has done a good job of keeping older characters relevant
