So, my 7 year old son has developed hemorrhoids, treated with a suppositry and topical ointment to stop him scratching his arse today.
This morning, I had an unannounced visit from a social worker to complete a "welfare check" because my son has been going around telling anyone who will listen "my daddy puts his fingers in my bottom so he can squirt the special cream in there".
