Hello, I've been lifting 5 - 6 times a week for the past decade. I'm more than happy to answer any questions.
>is it true ur weight goes up when you start this stuff.
It can. It is often due to thinks like inflammation and hormonal changes, which makes your body hold more water.
>when tf do i see it go down

>also do you want your woman to lift weights?
Yes, I try to get my fiancée to go as much as possible but she doesn't care about fitness the same way I do.
