It happens to me sometimes and I get scared and super paranoid about stuff like someone suddenly entering my place, if I hear a tiny bit of noise I just think there's someone seriously outside trying to get in and hurt me or steal stuff.

Mine is making some rice or a package of noodles, add an egg to it and then lastly add a can of mackerel with tomato sauce in it.
