My biggest issue was with the EMMIs.
Limiting them to a specific zone with designated gates completely deflated the dread from the game. I kept expecting them to break the rules and have one breach containment eventually, but instead the whole mechanic became irrelevant halfway through the game. That, and the complete lack of consequence of getting caught by one, made the whole game feel way too flat and theme park-y.

The main reason why pic related would make you shit bricks is because it would show up randomly and completely fuck you when it did.
