I love necromancy in all things in media (and irl), and Revenant is them actually making something actually feel like NECROMANCY in Elden Ring rather than just bone-themed aesthetic spells
Esspecially since there's a really dumb need to make every necromancer be a weird rotting corpse, even though there's not really a throughline there except trying to convince you that it's evil, there's no reason if a necromancer has control over corpses and being able to animate things that they wouldn't be able to keep themselves from becoming ugly, and it's really nice because she isn't forced into that gross archetype
