I genuinely do not understand what they were thinking with Duraludon, design wise it's just ugly, not even in a monstrous way, just a very retarded way. It's stats are not that bad, but it's movepool is atrociously bad. It's abilities are all useless. It gets hyped up as Tyranitar's rival when Aggron already exists and would thematically fit perfectly as an opponent given it's very protective of it's territory and the nature surrounding it, while Tyranitar is typically ravenous and destructive. It's clear they designed it with Gigantamax in mind, and it hurts it that the cool glass-like accents aren't present in it's base form.
