Shouldn't there be plenty of genetically modified yet stable populations all across the galaxy?
I doubt that after like 20 thousand years of space travel and genome mapping, any even remembers the original "natural" hair colors of humanity. There would be anime hair everywhere since that would be one of the easiest things to mod and permeate genestock.
