Target Neutralized and No Escape are both good. That said, Target Neutralized is one of the worse toughness regen nodes for Arbites, amazingly, and No Escape's duration is pretty damn short, so I can see where you're coming from.
And if you meant Man and Cyber-Mastiff and the ranged damage, then yeah. Absolutely fuck those nodes.
