W11 is genuinely a bloated mess, the default install is such resource hog so even if you have a top end PC it is gonna eat up your resources which is even more evident the lower end your PC is
another thing is the forcing of AI dogshit like recall which screenshots everything you do
and remember they will only keep forcing AI shit into the OS and its only gonna get more bloated with time
