We have plenty of case studies on how to improve fertility. The CCP has already begun to take steps to indirectly increase fertility. They will become more interventionist if these indirect efforts are not effective enough.
Ban abortion, destroy liberalism, reduce access to birth control, valourise the family. All tools that they could use if needed but ones which the West would never fathom because we would rather import billions of Indians and Africans.
