I like that idea. That way we can see both sides of Noelle's sadomasochism, she'll enjoy any pain that's thrown her way and be doting if she gets what she wants. But when Noelle doesn't get what she wants, she turns to hurting Kris to satisfy those urges of hers.

Noelle being clingy is something that'll certainly be a definite. I think at first everyone in town will think it's cute.

But as time goes on and the fountain opens people will see that something is horribly wrong. Especially Asgore who presumably will play a big part in the chapter, he'll see something's wrong with his son and his best friends daughter and freak out. Probably pleading with them to come to their senses maybe even noticing what (You) did to him. Asgore may even die that battle.

The snow will probably come too, it's been everywhere in the game. Chapter 2 had it's streets being cold while the end area of Chapter 3 was covered in dusty snow. And presumably Hometown is experiencing late fall, sometime in November after Halloween. And snowfall during that time isn't unheard of the United States. In normal route it'll be a light flurry, with weird route having a massive snowstorm.
