Fellow heavy on all front here, I fucking love squids and Heavy Armor is pretty great on squid front since you most damage you take are from the overseers. I always do the most kills and most of the objectives and camps while the lightbros are doing whatever the fuck they want.
My loadout for squids is usually:
>Deadeye/Reprimand/Halt
>Crisper
>Thermite Grenade
>Strafing Run
>Gas Dog
>Commando/Laser Cannon/EAT depending on team build
>MG Sentry
Always throw your MG sentry as bait to throw off the horde from the objective, use crisper to clear the horde and puffing the fleshmob.Strafing run to take down Harvester/warp ship shield asap or clearing the horde, Commando can be used to take out warp ships after the shield is down or one shot the harvesters and stingrays. Your primary will be used solely for overseers and the Watchers.
Your Gas Dog will pretty much lockdown fleshmob (Fleshmob will change direction mid charge if they are gassed btw) and voteless horde from doing anything. It's pretty much my go to backpack for squids.
