As someone who went out of his way to play a sort of scout-support type of style, I noticed this too. I can't even mark patrols for them as a heads-up, because they will immediately beeline to the shiny red square and go weapons hot regardless of any and all considerations. They have no reason to doubt that their enemies are pure evil for absolutely no reason, because all they've ever known is that they've been trying to kill everyone they care about for no reason.

The Super Earth government is objectively wicked, both for its actions against the enemies you face, AS WELL as it's own citizens, BOTH of which are victims to the greed and manipulative nature of the people in total control of them.

Zero spread, zero arc, better sound queues like the laser cannon has for overcharging, at least 1 explosive damage so it can at least destroy bugholes and shipping containers, and either an AOE buff or +1 charge to magazines. If it takes two hits to kill most heavies and it gives 3 shots it puts it in an awkward position. If it had a slight increase to its max charge time with a better queue it would be cleaner to use. Right now its too timing oriented with no payoff. It also doesnt make sense to be stationary reload when all youre doing is dropping a battery/gas container in it. It needs ONE of the buffs I suggested AT LEAST. And an animation rework YESTERDAY
