LETS GOOO!
OK, now actually done. All set up in the standard english battle formation. Archers at the sides with some kind of cover (in this case stakes) Heavy infantry sturdily in the center with lighter armed retinue surrounding them. A few heavy cav where the overall commander also is in the back who can dismount to help the press of melee, or chase down routed foes. and a group of mounted archers who can deploy somewhere else to add more missle pressure or also help attack routed enemies.
