If you wanna get spoilered it has a nice twist ending where it's just a guy, a pregnant woman and a little girl left and the guy convinces the girl that he'll commit suicide with her to save the pregnant lady, but he votes for the mom last half second while the girl steps out of the circle killing herself, revealing that the guy is actually a super calculating social manipulator. Yet the game continues making the guy almost lose all hope until he realizes the baby in the womb still counts as a player, making him promptly kill it and "win" the game
