I liked the gold heist quest. The BOS quest line was alright too.

Pure lies. I have never felt the need to buy repair kits. The game even doles them out to you for free and I routinely destroy repair kits to free up inventory space. This is just a flat out lie.
>Enemies always match your level so you never feel like you're getting more powerful.
This is only true up until level 100. Once you are level 100, enemies stop leveling with you and all the perks and gear upgrades you get beyond this point begin to matter.
>All you can do is collect shit to turn into scrap to decorate your little dollhouse with garbage that isn't even useful. Oh wow a new piece of junk to craft and stick in my base now I can sit and watch my character play a canned animation wow wahoo this is so fun wow I love it!!!!
I do enjoy finding crap to decorate my base with. It's actually kind of fun. But not everything is purely decorative, that is a lie. There are quite a few resource/food/chem generators you can build that will greatly help you. It's not 100% for decoration.
