I remember one SCP in particular where you'd load a floppy disk into a drive, and play this game by the Timelordz that was a text adventure set in 1930s Chicago or some shit, and then you'd dream it, and that shit would actually happen and be written into the timeline, with one test subject causing the torso murders this way.
Point being, Roy Jay is reminiscent of that SCP. Either he was created retroactively, or his existence was heavily suppressed and censored until recently. Either way, it's bizarre.
