EULAs are adhesion contracts. They essentially are a prewritten one where you cannot disagree to one provision, you either agree to all or disagree to all.
I am a lawyer. Not an EU or US lawyer sure, but I know that adhesion contracts are frowned upon by courts REGARDLESS of jurisdiction.
In essence, most of these are terms you would never agree to if you knew about it, and even if you know about it, they're usually not reasonable and a blatant example of a big corporation using its power over singular small consumers.
They are essentially unenforceable, and even void. So EULA terms like this don't mean shit. It's all just attempts to get away with one-upping over consumers. Most contracts have separability clauses, one void clause doesn't affect the whole contract. Hence, inserting shit like this is a typical legal tactic. Lawyers love making blatantly oppressive terms and conditions because they know the only effect is at most making that specific term void. Trust me, I know.
They are not afraid of anti consumer lawsuits because they can buy lawyers. That's it.

In my country, a illegal online gambling site offered me a huge amount of money to help them with any legal problems they may get themselves into. It's full of disgusting illegal chinks. They offered me a huge 'signing bonus'.
Nonetheless, I flatly said no.
Is this chink run gambling den a problem happen in your country as well?

Christ, please for the love of god, shut up. Any country in the EU, most of all West Yurop and Scandinavia, are tutorial countries. A retard baby can lice there and enjoy life. In reality, if you failing in a tutorial country is like filing in the tutorial in a game. You do NOT suffer AT ALL. You enjoy videogames more than shitholes do.
Stop whining , god.
Stop whining , god.
