Thats the funny thing, it's still the award show in the wacky watch but now it's a team voting thing instead of individual one.

We don't know yet if anything is gonna happen regarding the results of the first poll in the show but maybe they won't matter and it was some rigged event to prove (to) Caine how disliked he is to a wider audience. If the poll was honest he wouldn't have ended up dead last realistically but it was all planned to be that way.
