For me, Ragatha represents that one girl who's really sweet while also trying to keep it together in a positive way. And currently that's failing. Her traumas are becoming abundantly clear and she's slowing showing her true colors. This trope hasn't been showcased, at least to me, and it's interesting to see how the creators will take it. Growing up my parents used to make a ton of food with anise in it (my dad also let me drink some of his arak on special occasions) so I got used to the licorice-esque flavor profile pretty early on.
