There's also the matter of how the circus' mental well-being probably can't withstand having another Jax. From Pomni's perspective she's just having fun and embracing the chaotic side of the circus, from everyone else's perspective she's now friends with Jax, the guy they all hate. If they start to shun her for it, she'll just stick closer to Jax and then there's the possibility that she could become more like him.
