As everyone knows, there's a shadow of a knife over the images of Ragatha and Kinger.

The knife normally symbolizes betrayal, you know, "stabbing in the back."

But who will betray whom? Will Ragatha betray Kinger? Will Kinger betray Ragatha?

Ragatha is the only person always depicted with knives, and in the previous episode we saw that "evil Ragatha" is a bitch who hates to lose.

Kinger is my second choice, and I would really be surprised if he betrayed Ragatha. As we saw, the evil version of Kinger, "the dictator coach," is a controlling person (interestingly, the only evil version that didn't have the word "evil" in his name), and he could be faking kindness to keep Ragatha under control.

Rewatch that scene. Between caine rescuing pomni and popping back into the circus, the gang telling caine about kaufmo, caine dealing with kaufmo, and rags dragging herself to them was about 20 seconds, and the whole time pomni was in shock from being in the void and the shit going on. She didn't have a lot time to say anything before things got resolved without her. Plus, the show decided it needed to have a few seconds of banter between zooble and kinger.
I don't know if pomni is entirely blameless, but the show didn't frame itself to show otherwise, in my opinion.

He was billed originally in the ad before the pilot as a super advanced learning AI, so he really should be able to hear her comments and learn and improve from them. It really is just a game of paintball, like this feels like what the Circus was always meant to be, a deep dive VR game where you can go wild with realistic games. Just not as a permanent contract.

all the doomposters have already said it, but pretty sure Ragatha hits her lowest this coming episode. the end of 5 and to an extent Gangle and Jax's comments already set this up

However I already said before that the character that truly comes out a loser in this will be Pomni. The therapist shit from ep 2-4 will go down like the Titanic while she's under Jax's influence. The main character NEEDS to go through an arc, and there needs to be a low point in that arc. The whole "the gang splits up :(" moment is basically a cliche at this point, but I am expecting some variation of this with Pomni

As for Jax and Caine, it's clear they are setting them up to escalate. Dunno if Ribbit backstory is this episode, but if ep 7 is the one that had to be split in two, the end of 6 likely will be a leadin to that

I had a dream last night that I assaulted Ragatha.
Caine put together some kind of a dumb train robbery adventure for the gang that I joined for, and my job was to tie her up and dispose of her. But after I bound her limbs and while I was gagging her, my hips accidentally pushed into hers. It felt good so I jokingly teased her body a little while she let out some muffled yells and noticed she getting really "excited" despite her protests. I lost all sense of control at that point and started forcing myself on her.
