The finger in the gun bit was clearly Jax shooting himself, right? Ragatha didn't believe it would happen, and the user is the one that controls the outcome subconsciously. Ragatha only getting a bang flag happened because she beleieved herself to be that unlucky, Pomni's bullets hit harder when she let go of inhibitions, and Jax used a different, blacker, edgier, more serious, less cartoony gun to shoot Ragatha the second it didn't work how he wanted it to.

This could be a situation to mirror the first episode where Pomni leaves Ragatha because of the abstracted Kaufmo, she probably is still a bit hurt about that and then she leaves Kinger and it's even worse because Pomni ran to get help as she has no way to combat a glitchy monster while Ragatha leaves Kinger out of cowardice.

honestly though, Ragatha's a bitch too. the idea that Pomni might think some of Jax's antics are funny genuinely makes her upset. Zooble treats Jax worse than Jax treats everybody else, and can't comprehend why someone would be upset about being forced to wear something they don't want to. not to mention Zooble's whole 'i don't feel comfortable in my own body thing, Like yeah no shit. do you think Pomni wants to be a slutty jester? does Gangle want to be a ribbon?
