My suggestion for the face painting is Dia de los Muertos style, white face with black eyeliner and nose and lipstick, and on one of our cheeks is a red mitama / ghost flame that looks vaguely like a red chili pepper with a spiral in the middle.

My reasoning with going for Primal here is that this is a very controlled environment with experience helping hands on deck, and it's likely Winnie could offer advice on how to control lycanthropy. You do have a point that there are a bunch of innocent bystanders around here like Peppa's lover and her family and that line of rich people-

I don't think it's our place to write-in stuff for other characters / the QM to do and we have a player character for a reason.
That said I do think you're onto something. If the ghouls got some cheap shot KOs in on our crew, the ones who already won a match and are a little drunk on victory, that feels like a way more respectable showing for them doing their job than it would be with us bowing out for being too strong and wanting to give our teammates a go on the punching bags. Something like this would even allow for Phanty to face both Gohan and Izumi instead of just one! and also I would laugh
