We are continuing to triage and resolve several issues we uncovered with our queue system and the performance updates that we previously tested. The changes we have made will push a MANDATORY update to our launcher. If you are using manual install you will need to download a new Patch B, Project-Epoch.exe and ClientExtensions.dll. You will not be able to login without updating.

When we next bring up the realm it will allow 1000 players initially and periodically allow more onto the realm in batches of 500 every 30 minutes. There still won't be a queue so you will see auto disconnect if the realm is full. Levels will still be capped at 10. Kezan will come up first and Gurubashi will come up about 10 minutes later.

More details about the challenges we have uncovered will be shared in a post-mortem news post after launch.

We do intend to keep working on realm stability through the night.
