My ohp is not improving as quick as I'd like it to be. I always do them as 10th, 11th, and 12th sets, however, my front delts already have been stimulated by 6 sets of incline bench by then (1-6th sets). Should I just do ohp as the first exercise for some weeks if I want to increase the weight further, or do you think that even if I stopped doing shoulder presses, my shoulder press would still improve in the long run because of the high amount of inclines?
Also, you should do some bulgarian split squats.
