NTA but I really like Aoi for umas that are temperamental. Helps out with the mood swing events without being a complete waste of a turn. Aoi also gives out a decent amount of skill points so I use her card more than I probably should.
They won't get you to the highest peaks but they will are great for just making it through a career that bombards you with status downs. It's saved me from Tachyon trying to job her way out of a win more than once.
