Even though the series SHOWS you and doesn't TELL you - these people still call everything a plot hole because there's no narrator or a character speaking their thoughts aloud explaining literally everything like this is some anime. Everything in the show points to how The Absolute Solver has been eating and destroying all the human-inhabited systems and exoplanets while the Worker Drones on Copper 9 have lived without Humans since the Core Collapse for a while. Hell we even get the names of two planetary systems attacked and consumed by The Absolute Solver after Earth fell - Plat-Binary and Proxima - in Episode 6 which establishes a series of events leading up to the Disassembly Drones and eventuall Cyn / The Solver's arrival on Copper 9 decades later.

I wish we could fucking legally kill all retards. It's not even like you need a giga-IQ to understand any of this. Fuck reddit and fuck dumbass media illiterate Youtubers making shit "MURDER DRONES LORE EXPLAINED" videos after jumping on the bandwagon for views, skimming the series, establishing themselves as fandom authority figures, and then complaining about shit they missed / misinterpreted because they lack basic media literacy or just want views. The funny thing is there's totally fair criticisms of the show when it comes to its pace, and short number of episodes being limiting. But these morons still basically make shit up to say the story is unexplained or "unfinished".
