might as well reroll for joker since if you're playing a persona 5 gacha you probably like persona 5. plus he's a limited and he's top tier now and still good (like a tier or two below top tier) on china still
plus if you reroll to get him, you can get him in that initial ten roll and save all future purple tickets for limiteds you want in the future

I think it depends on the character, but it seems like they want most 5* characters to be great/usable without a ton of dupes, assuming the A0s means 'awakening 0/3 or 0/6' here
im sure there's some that absolutely need dupes to be functional but doesn't look like you NEED it for most
