Wouldn't releasing the epstein stuff harm democrats more than Trump?

So if this thing passes, and it gets turned into a law, what are they gonna do if a company decides to kill the servers for a videogame? Is the EU gonna step in and say "no you can't turn that server off"? What if the company is bankrupt and can no longer afford the servers?
