There's no vast suffusion of lightning energy in Mamook nor in the Interdimensional Rift where Sareel Ja is summoning huge electrope landscapes. Electrope converts lightning aether into other types of aether with the use of arcanima, that's all. You just have some weird fantasy where it can't function outside the dome.
