ESO just kind of ignored all the subtle, thought-out elements that made Morrowind creatures interesting designs and just sorta replaced it with what an MMO digital artist would think is cool. They didn't understand that the big goofy underbite all the dinosaur creatures had was a fully intentional thing, meant to be an adaptation for the ashland environment in which those creatures would need to scavenge shit from the soil with their jaws. Or that the kwama workers were headless and the warriors looked suspiciously like a mix between workers and foragers for a reason, i.e they were a literal fusion. Or that the scribs were probably meant to look adorable and not like fucking facehuggers.
