I know that

I’ve always dreamed of being more pear shaped

I don’t like being tall it’s much less forgiving

But the thing is I kinda like pull ups. I want to install a bar in my door frame because it an enjoyable exercise to me. I don’t want big shoulders or back

But also my upper arms are super flabby and loose, loads of stretch marks, from when I was 120lb heavier and some people say exercise can help with collagen to firm them up

I just wish I was a tiny girl who has never been over like 140 but I’m at like my lowest weight since I was 13

When I talked to fit about all this they just told me to get pregnant and pump out a dozen babies because it already looked like I had given birth
