This is actually the correct way to approach jobs in tech.
Giant tech companies are racist conglomerates of MBAs who do not understand tech and, in fact, abhor the people who make it. They think "Brown = cheap" and thus give every brownie who comes along their desk preferential hiring because they think they can lowball them compared to any native-born engineer with software degrees and education who may want something out of the employment deal.
The truth is none of these HR companies are actually hiring on merit, most of them are AI-ran departments challenging AI-ran applicants in an attempt to race to the bottom. Which has lead to our competency crisis. Which eventually leads to layoffs of the actual talented people because they blame the inability to make money on higher costs and not the fact they hire shit people from a shit country that has lied their way into their company. So they replace them with more poo people, which accelerates the competency crisis.
Which finally leads to late-stage where Microsoft is laying off tens of thousands of industry veterans while asking for tens of thousands of brown poo people to fill their roles who will lie on their resume like this guy did and the cycle will repeat.
