Not him but you're off base here. Anime can be inconsistent in art style and draft quality but it is never inconsistent in the defining characteristics of the things it is trying to represent, and that's the part which actually matters for human interpretation of the work
The eyes could be wonky, the anatomy might be wrong, the scale could be fucked but barring major errors the identifying features of what is being represented are always right. A character's hair style and colour and uniform and the items they're carrying and the macro level information about where they are and what they're doing will make sense if they're made by a human. Make them with AI and the kind of errors you'll run into will be mistakes that a human could never make
